1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 Organic Banana
2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
½ teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ( or mix your own spices: ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom)
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
2 cups Baby Kale or spinach
1 1/2 cups of almond or coconut milk
Tip: Season pumpkin puree with the spices and freeze in ice cube trays Also freeze ripe banana so that your smoothie will be cold. Mix all ingredients in your high power blender and Enjoy!
