Perfect Meatballs


Ingredients

2lbs. grass-fed beef

2 eggs beaten

1 cup parmigiano cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon adobo frontier

1 teaspoon dry oregano

1 crushed garlic clove

½ minced onion

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

4 slices of udis bread whole-grain

½ cup plain almond milk

Directions

Soak Gluten-free bread in ½ cup almond milk or warm water.  Bread will crumble, use a fork to break it apart.  Place your all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together until you have a smooth consistency.  Grease a cookie tray with Avocado oil. Shape meatballs into a small round ball, a bit larger than a golf ball.  Bake in a 

375 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Let cool and you can use them in a simple tomato sauce or freeze and keep for future use.
