Coco Mango Tropical Bliss


Ingredients

1 cup of coconut water

1/2 cup coconut milk (frozen in cubes)

1 cup of frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

11/2 cups of kale or spinach

Optional - vanilla protein powder

Optional - Healthy Fat (1 teaspoon of coconut oil or 1/2 avocado or 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds)


Directions

Put ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth!

Notes

Freeze coconut milk in ice cube trays and store for use in smoothies

Flax seeds will substantially thicken your smoothie
