1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 banana 

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

2 cups baby spinach

11/2 cup dairy free milk of choice (almond, coconut, cashew, etc)

1 sliver of ginger or too taste

1 slice of fresh lemon

Optional Vanilla Protein Powder (I use MediClear SGS by Thorne)
