Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup of chopped cilantro

1/2 avocado

1 small piece of garlic

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Juice of ½ a lime

Directions

Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth

Store in a glass jar in refrigerator

Notes

Great on salads and as a dipping sauce.
