1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 handfuls of kale
2 green apples
1 small piece of lemon with rind
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
½ cup raw walnuts (soak walnuts over night)
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
½ teaspoon raw honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1-cup ice
I recommend sautéing the apples the night before in the coconut oil,
a sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon. Cool and freeze over night. Add all your ingredients to your blender in the morning and enjoy! You might want to add a piece of banana for extra sweetness.
